SherpaDesk’s Customer Support and Invoicing Solution Officially Comes out of BETA
(PRWEB) August 08, 2013 -- SherpaDesk, a customer support and invoicing solution targeting IT managed service providers and personal service firms, announces the launch of its client engagement application which integrates time and invoicing with customer support. SherpaDesk has unique customer support portals allowing clients to push out content to their customers while also having the flexibility to create individualized rate plans for easy invoicing.
SherpaDesk, the latest application released by bigWebApps, is a customer support solution targeting the coveted small business market. With the release coming out of BETA mode, SherpaDesk will be offering the application built on the freemium pricing model. The first tech will is available without along full access to the application. Only certain features will have usage limits. SherpaDesk is the first helpdesk application specifically designed for small personal service firms needing a better way to respond to customer support requests and quickly invoice for time.
Developed with their market in mind, the simple UI design allows the user to instantly see what is currently on their plate with open and remaining support requests, log time to either a customer account or project and then quickly send an invoice to the customer on any logged time.
“We were seeking to solve a problem we were having ourselves,” says Patrick Clements, CEO of bigWebApps. “We consistently needed a better system to track our customer support requests on our own custom dev projects, have our engineers and designers log their time and then quickly create invoices based on the individual rate plans we had set up for each customer. It was frustrating switching between systems trying to keep data synced. We knew there had to be a better way to help companies manage their customer engagement.”
Going on the motto ‘First Tech is Always Free’, SherpaDesk offers access to the application as long the client stays under the utility limits. Once usage goes beyond the the base limits, the application will begin to charge you, but only for what you use. There are no bundled plans or tiered pricing structures.
