Telligent, a market leader in enterprise social software, is gearing up for its annual user group conference, The Big Social, and today announced that industry analyst Kim Celestre will be a keynote speaker this year. Celestre, a senior analyst at Forrester Research, Inc., covers B2B and B2C marketing, with a specific emphasis on the use of social marketing platforms and online communities to shape exploration and buying behaviors. As a leading expert, her analysis on social trends, challenges and best practices helps marketers create social strategies and tactics that deliver value to their prospects and customers.

Celestre is an award-winning social media thought leader with more than 15 years of marketing experience in the high-tech industry, including roles at Sun Microsystems and Oracle. Based on her experience and research, Celestre’s keynote will focus on how to create social strategies and tactics that increase customer value. Three main points will be covered:
