Kevin O’Keefe is Set to Speak at McLane Law Firm’s Business Workshop in Burlington On October 2nd, 2013

The workshop is designed to provide a firm grasp on how businesses should plan for 2014 and beyond, as well as review the requirements taking effect in 2013. Topics will include how to design health plans that avoid penalties, determining if compliance will be more costly than dropping coverage, new nondiscrimination rules, as well as a brief overview of the latest state developments including the status of exchanges.
