South Florida Lexus Dealer Wins Special Award from the Top

Jesse Walker - Lexus of Pembroke Pines, the number one Lexus Dealer Entity, wins a special award that not only offers congratulations for what they’ve accomplished but dares them to “show us again.”

The car business is fickle and difficult. The sheer number of websites available on the Internet about how to buy a new car is astounding, each of them is designed to help the buyer beat the dealer at his own game. Occasionally, a dealer makes a real difference by doing the right thing by his customers.

Craig Zinn and the Craig Zinn Automotive Group believe that treating customers properly and dealing with them fairly is the best way to earn sales.

Now he has the plaque to prove it.

Zinn and his Lexus of Pembroke Pines general manager, Wael Ghali, were recently awarded the “Play to Win” plaque from Lexus. It highlights Zinn and Ghali’s commitment to customer service.

It reads:

“The road to reach this point has not been easy but it’s been very fulfilling! When I took over this store nearly three years ago we were in 34th position in the country,” said Mr. Ghali. “Now we are in 4th."

Zinn has two Lexus dealerships in South Florida; both are ranked nationally in the top 10. Pembroke Pines is fourth and Lexus of North Miami is seventh. This makes him the largest Lexus dealer in the world.

"All of our success is because of my exceptional team and what I expect of them. Our store culture is the same as Lexus' pursuit of perfection,” said Ghali, “We don’t quit!”

Wael Ghali realizes the award is only a step toward his eventual goal of holding the coveted position of the number one volume Lexus store.

“We focus on the continuous improvement of processes and our ultimate goal is to be number one. We've done well so far, but we still have a ways to go," said Ghali.
