Bluefin Media ( introduces Recipe Corner TV, which includes over 50 original recipe videos with host Morgan McDonald. In just a few minutes, viewers can learn how to make a variety of delicious drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts.

McDonald came to Recipe Corner after years as a yoga instructor and director of the women’s health yoga program for one of the country’s top-rated hospitals, in Chicago. The recipes she chooses celebrate whole foods that are also delicious – and fun.

“I live with my extended family,” McDonald said, “so I am always looking for recipes that support a big, lively group and that are a mix of familiar and new. I want people to feel both nourished and inspired, by whatever it is I’m making.”

The growing library of Recipe Corner original cooking videos is a terrific resource for novice and experienced chefs alike. All of the recipes are relatively simple and run the gamut from down-home favorites (fried chicken) to more nuanced entrees like braised sirloin with horseradish sauce.

The desserts are universally delicious, from the chocolate bark to maple mousse to grilled fruit with whipped cream. The appetizers will draw any crowd, of old friends or strangers, together, with everything from a hearty goat cheese dip to an elegant white bean and fennel puree.

“What I really love,” McDonald says, “is for people to feel right at home, in the best way possible. I want every meal to be beautiful and full of love. One of my favorite sets of recipes was our grilling episode, because it was so beautiful outside in the courtyard. Plus, it was great to include the kids!”

McDonald is referring to a recipe for cherry lemonade, where three children (including her son) assist – -- and several grill recipes, like grilled veggies –

In addition to producing its own videos, Recipe Corner TV has had many exciting accomplishments over the past year. The site has established partnerships with AOL & Scripps (parent company of Food Network and Cooking Channel), giving its audience instant access to not only originals but thousands of high-quality cooking videos featuring celebrity chefs. Featured exclusive interviews with top chefs and tastemakers from across the country including Martha Stewart, Bobby Flay, Rachael Ray, and Susan Feniger.
