LBA Technology Inks New Agreement With Australian Test Equipment Manufacturer
Greenville, NC (PRWEB) August 30, 2013 -- LBA Technology, Inc., a unit of LBA Group, Inc., has sealed a new representative agreement with TrewMac Systems Pty Ltd. The arrangement means the TrewMac TE-3000 and TE-3001 model impedance analysers and vector network analyzers are now available in North America and Latin America through LBA Technology.
The TE-3000 series is the successor to the very successful TE-1000. This new series brings a host of additional features, including the key benefit of expanding its frequency range to 0.03 to 300 MHz, improving accuracy, more than doubling display format options, and adding additional utilities. Among these is a sophisticated time domain reflectometry (TDR) feature and one that gives the TE-3000 a secondary function as a spectrum analyzer. These analyzers have a wide variety of applications in medicine, production monitoring, broadcast antennas, plasma systems, MRI’s, and ultrasonics.
TrewMac principals Dee Trewartha and Josh McIntyre made LBA’s Greenville, NC headquarters one of their first stops on a global tour to brief the LBA staff and management on the many added features of the new TE-3000 and TE-3001 impedance network analyzers. LBA Group, Inc. founder and CEO Lawrence Behr along with president and CEO Jerry Brown welcomed Trewartha and McIntyre from the Australian manufacturer.
“We are pleased to have this renewed relationship with TrewMac and look forward to many successful years of offering their quality products to our customers in North and South America,” said Brown.
TrewMac spent several years gathering feedback from LBA and other distributors and customers. They ended up with a long wish list of new features that would improve upon the TE-1000. After additional time researching and developing nearly all of the many suggestions and ideas, the result is the new TE-3000 and TE-3001. This highly portable, battery-powered lab quality instrument is equal to units costing much more than its modest price of $3950 USD.
“LBA has always been one of our biggest selling distributors and we’d like to gear that up further, so it’s been great to come and have a chat about where we want to head and where we want to take it,” said Trewartha.
LBA is proud to offer the TE-3000 series of impedance analyzers and vector network analysers with the many new features and the numerous problem solving capabilities these units bring to the engineering toolbox.
