Nashville, TN (PRWEB) September 12, 2013 -- OnSomble, Inc. has partnered with CHRISTUS Spohn Health System to help the division of nursing design its practice model based on the professional role conceptual framework and to ensure all registered nurses are practicing as role-competent professionals.
OnSomble’s team, led by Dr. Maria O’Rourke, will work with CHRISTUS Spohn’s nursing leadership team on the following initiatives:
(1) Introduction of the Professional Role Conceptual Framework that calls for role competency as a Leader, Scientist, Transferor and Practitioner as the foundation for the functional roles of clinician, manager and educator
