Divorce Support Center Announces Survive and Thrive After Divorce Boot Camp for Men and Women
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) September 23, 2013 -- As a Divorce Mentor and CEO of the National Association of Divorce for Women and Children, and expert contributor at the Divorce Support Center, Joanie Winberg hears many of the following questions from her clients after divorce: "Now what?" That's why Joanie, who is also a corporate trainer and works with corporate CEOs, Vice Presidents and Managers, took the top three leadership and team building skills (plus many more) to create the Survive and Thrive After Divorce Boot Camp.
Some of the skills taught in the Survive and Thrive After Divorce Boot Camp are the following:
1. Stress management to help single parents deal with the everyday stress and the feelings of being overwhelmed.
2. Goal setting, to set measurable life goals and to plan for a successful future.
3. Communication skills, to learn the personality styles and traits of children, teens, dating partners, and exes to help deal with conflict, misunderstanding and judgment.
The Survive and Thrive After Divorce Boot Camp is a five-week, online "live" Boot Camp that people may participate in without leaving home or office. Participants will receive a call-in number to join the group after signing up. Joanie will facilitate the calls and answer questions every step of the way.
