YogaSoul Center in Eagan Helps People Release Harmful Anger from the Body with New Workshop
Eagan, Minnesota (PRWEB) July 24, 2013 -- Anger is a very powerful emotion that must be released from the body, and a new YogaSoul Center workshop will teach people how to do just that.
Della McGee, YogaSoul instructor, intuitive healer and spiritual teacher, will offer techniques for how to discover and clear hidden or unmanaged anger. She’ll offer these techniques in a workshop that will take place on Aug. 2 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Unmanaged anger can show up in the body in a number of ways, including headache, insomnia, digestive problems, depression, anxiety, high blood pressure, skin problems, heart attack and stroke. During the workshop McGee will help people explore the ways in which anger shows up in their lives, the triggers for their anger, how to release this emotion and tools for continued processing.
“We have so many instances where we’re angry in our daily life about things which may seem small but that we make big. For example, when that driver cuts us off and we find ourselves screaming at them,” McGee said. “But I learned that I am rarely angry for the reason I think. Once I started to sit with that statement, I would then ask myself why I’m so angry. That’s what this workshop will answer for us. Once we can get to the root cause of our anger, we then will learn safe tools to release the anger from the body.”
McGee said her intention is to lead workshop participants back to peace.
“We can remember the peace that is always residing deep within us. That peace exists within us for always and all time,” said YogaSoul leader Della McGee. “It does get covered up with our anger and our fear, and we forget that it is there.”
The workshop costs $35 to attend. For any questions, call (651) 452-5789.
