At the end of her tenure in the Chicago school system as an educational trainer, Dr. Fortman decided to pursue a doctoral degree in educational leadership and also joined Toastmasters International to learn more about the public speaking arena from the ground up. Since then, Dr. Fortman has trained thousands of educators, presented workshops at the corporate level, received the designation of Distinguished Toastmaster and has spoken internationally.
