Karen Penning has a passion for drafting and estimating. Her attention to detail in unsurpassed. She has already finished several estimates on renewable energy projects as well as commercial projects. Her background in other industries drafting and estimating makes her a natural for the position. This is Karen Penning's second hiring at Cold Craft, Inc. As soon as it was known that Karen Penning was looking for more interesting work we acted quickly to grab her. Karen brings a well rounded background to Cold Craft and that includes a plethora of new ideas and ways to improve efficiency.
During talks with Karen Penning it was obvious that she has a variety of experience and can practically jump into most of the jobs here and do them if needed. Her computer skills and computer drafting have already helped Cold Craft improve our operations.
