Commercial Roofing Contractor KPOST Company’s Steve Little Named President of the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association

MRCA is a regional association supporting 22 states and dedicated to the needs of the contractor through various programs.

Little and Ristau believe that one of the many challenges for roofing contractors in 2014 is the development of strong safety programs. By utilizing MRCA’s SHARP Toolbox, MRCA members can create or supplement their own safety programs. In addition, the monthly talks and documentation are translated into Spanish for wider distribution.
Another focus for MRCA is to build leaders by developing programs for younger generations.
“Steve Little helped organize our Young Contractor Council (YCC) that is helping shape our association for years to come while bridging the gap between the baby boomer generation roofing contractors and today’s Gen X and Millenials up and coming leaders,” said Ristau.
