Weidert Group Announces Two New Hires To Meet Growing Demand
Appleton, WI (PRWEB) January 29, 2014 -- Weidert Group, a certified Gold Level HubSpot Agency Partner and a leading inbound marketing services firm, proudly announces the hiring of two individuals to join their inbound marketing team. These most recent hires support the agency’s strategy to help clients see the maximum return on their inbound marketing efforts and helps support the long-term goals and continued success of the agency.
Jamie Cartwright accepted the position as Weidert Group’s Marketing Manager after spending the previous year and a half as an Inbound Marketing Intern. Jamie is currently an undergraduate student finalizing work toward a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Communication and Biological Anthropology at Lawrence University. As a student at Lawrence, Jamie was a finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship, as well as the recipient of the Wriston Scholarship and Warren Hurst Stevens Prize, among others. In addition to his experience working in several positions for the university, most notably as Editor-in-Chief of the student newspaper, The Lawrentian, Jamie brings experience in professional research and design from non-profit internships at Timmy Global Health and Health Development Initiative-Rwanda.
Laura Sheptoski joins the agency as an Inbound Marketing Assistant bringing along more than three years of public relations and marketing experience from several industries. Prior to joining the Weidert Group team, Laura worked for Sanimax as their Community Relations Coordinator, where she coordinated company events, created company content, and maintained key relationships within the community. In addition to Sanimax, Laura served as a Public Relations Intern for Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin, where she was responsible for coordinating important fundraising events, promoting events with local businesses, and authoring releases for the media. Laura is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point, where she double majored with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications (Public Relations) and Business Administration (Marketing).
