The Air Roll Lock Differential shaft features GlideLock™ Clutched Rollers—an internal clutching mechanism to control tension and eliminate dusting, slipping, and side-to-side movement. The integrated GlideLock™ rollers make it easy to load and unload heavy rolls.
Convertech’s Air Roll Lock Differential shaft is best for baggy web length variations and caliper variations due to roll thickness or density. Available in diameters from 70mm to 10” and face lengths up to 150”, the Air Roll Lock Differential shaft can slit widths down to half an inch, and control tensions from .15PLI.
