February 10
Employees who work for tips: Employees who received $20 or more in tips during January must report them to their employer using Form 4070.
February 12
Employers: Semi-weekly depositors must deposit employment taxes for payroll date February 5-7.
February 14
Employers: Semi-weekly depositors must deposit employment taxes for payroll date February 8-11.
February 18
Individuals: Individuals wishing to continue claiming the same number of exemptions from income tax withholding as the previous tax year must submit Form W-4, Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate, to their employer.
February 20
Employers: Semi-weekly depositors must deposit employment taxes for payroll date February 12-14.
February 21
Employers: Semi-weekly depositors must deposit employment taxes for payroll date February 15-18.
February 26
Employers: Semi-weekly depositors must deposit employment taxes for payroll date February 19-21.
February 28
Employers: Semi-weekly depositors must deposit employment taxes for payroll date.
February 22-25.
