Recall Holdings Limited (ASX: REC), a global leader in information management, announced today two new acquisitions in the United Kingdom and United States. These acquisitions support Recall’s corporate growth strategy and will greatly enhance Recall’s footprint in these key markets.
In the UK, Recall acquired IBEX, a leading archive storage, document storage and records management company with facilities in the North West of England. Founded in 1994, the company developed a reputation for excellence as a provider of Document Management Solutions, Data Protection Services and Digital Solutions.
In North America, Recall acquired Media Services, a prominent records management company located in Kansas City.
