YASH Technologies Announces New Leadership Appointments for its SAP-Based Practice in North America

These additions include: Steve Horn as Director, Training and Presales; Tom DiLello as Practice Director, Technical Services for SAP-Based Solutions; Steve Ditty as HCM Practice Leader for SAP Solutions; and Tom Hanzlick as Director, Solution Engineering. The new appointments support YASH’s extension of its cloud and application management portfolios for SAP solution environments as well as its aggressive plans to introduce additional rapid-deployment solutions.
Steve Horn has over 15 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering effective project team and end-user training for global public and private sector clients. As Director of Training and Presales, Steve will be responsible for all project team and end-user training for the SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) solution and SuccessFactors solutions. Prior to joining YASH, Steve served as an instructor for SAP America and as Director of Training at AspireHr.
As Practice Director, Technical Services for SAP Solutions, Tom DiLello will be responsible for delivering and enhancing YASH’s technical services portfolio that includes services for SAP ERP upgrades, SAP enhancement packages, migrations to the SAP HANA® platform and Unicode, SAP Solution Manager, security, technical development and application management. Tom has more than 10 years of program management experience at SAP America, and has conducted over 270 upgrade assessments in the last seven years.
Steve Ditty has over 25 years of consulting and business management experience, specializing in global HR system implementations and HR outsourcing engagements. As HCM Practice Leader for SAP Solutions at YASH, Steve will be responsible for the go-to-market planning and execution specifically for the SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) competency area. Prior to joining YASH, Steve was the global client services leader and human resources outsourcing (HRO) sales executive for Northgate Arinso, and held leadership roles at PwC, Accenture and Deloitte.
Tom Hanzlick has transitioned from Practice Director, Trade Industries, to Director, Solution Engineering at YASH. Tom will be responsible for all presales activities, including sales strategy, product positioning, client relationship management, and thought leadership related to SAP software solutions. He has over 15 years of experience with SAP solutions for logistics, supply chain management, manufacturing, quality, inventory, warehouse, and analytics.
