NetGain Technologies was recently named the official technology provider for the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts (the Kentucky Center). Already, NetGain Technologies' solutions have enabled the Kentucky Center to greatly improve its performance in a variety of capacities.

The Kentucky Center, based in Louisville, is a cultural hub, offering more than 1,500 staged events each year that are viewed by more than 400,000 patrons.
Prior to partnering with NetGain Technologies, the Kentucky Center was challenged to provide a modern technology experience for its employees and customers.
Notably, its phone system dated back to the 1980s and lacked many now-basic functions, much less advanced call routing and reporting features necessary in today’s box office. NetGain Technologies was able to work with the Kentucky Center to install a modernized voice over IP (VOIP) system by Cisco.
“Getting updated communication systems were vital to our operations," said Rob Thomas, director of marketing for the Kentucky Center.
Additionally, NetGain was able to upgrade their wireless infrastructure, enabling the organization to provide its patrons with Wi-Fi connectivity before and after shows, as well as during intermission.
"Our customer experience needs to be exemplary. Our partnership with NetGain Technologies allows us to achieve that," said Thomas.
