Peter Island's 3 luxury villas, Falcon's Nest, Crow's Nest and Hawk's Nest each have distinct personalities and are located in idyllic areas on the island’s unspoiled 1,800 acres. Each villa is available fully staffed including all meals, or at ‘estate-only’ rates that include the villa and daily housekeeping. Estate-only rentals can be customized by adding 'a la carte' extras such as a personal chef, valet and/or chauffeured vehicle at an additional charge.
Villa rentals include access to all the resort's facilities including the award-wining Tradewinds restaurant, Deadman's Bar & Grill, The Spa, 5 pristine beaches, a wide variety of water sports equipment, resort pool, fitness center, and the entire British Virgin Islands and US Virgin Islands as your playground for exceptional sailing, deep sea sport fishing, diving and island-hopping.
Month-long (28 days), villa estate-only rentals for 6 guests start at a rate of $31,640 for a savings of 50% off nightly rack rates. Rates for a fully staffed villa rental for 28 days with all meals for 6 guests start at $43,400 - also at a savings of 50% versus regular nightly rates. These villa rates are subject to an 18% tax and service charge. Additional guests may be added at an incremental rate. Nightly, 2-week, 3-week and extended stays beyond 4 weeks are also available pending availability.

Falcon’s Nest Villa
Peter Island’s "rock star" villa, is perched high on the hillside offering stunning views of White Bay Beach and unforgettable Caribbean sunsets. This Barcelona-style villa is 21,645 square-feet and accommodates up to 12 guests with 6 bedroom suites, 7 baths and 3 half baths within a complex consisting of a main villa and two mini-villas. The outdoor entertainment space showcases a dramatic waterfall, large infinity pool, dipping pool, kitchen bar & grill area and a large outdoor whirlpool. The main villa features a grand room with a striking cathedral ceiling, media room, dining room, two kitchens, fitness room, suite bedrooms, and a 2,250 square-foot master suite with its own office and oversized bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers. Rental of Falcon's Nest includes a chauffeured vehicle.
Crow’s Nest Villa
Elegantly laid back, Crow’s Nest is a Santa Barbara-style villa on a cliff top with panoramic views of the surrounding Virgin Islands. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and a master suite, each with its own entrance, verandas-with-a-view, and spacious bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and oversized walk-in showers. The villa's communal spaces include a media room, floor-to-ceiling windowed grand room, indoor dinning area, enclosed patio, and a well-equipped gourmet kitchen. North and south facing outdoor areas have a swimming pool on one side, and dipping pool on the other with an outdoor grill, bar and dining area for al fresco meals with spectacular views.
Hawk’s Nest Villa
