Dr. Howard McClamrock discusses egg freezing options and technology now available for women in the greater Baltimore metro area.

We offer our egg freezing seminar to women who have questions about where they are in their fertility and the options that are available to preserve the chances of being successful in the future.

On Thursday, March 20th, Howard D. McClamrock, M.D. of Shady Grove Fertility, the nation’s leader in fertility treatment, will host a free seminar about egg freezing. Dr. McClamrock will be discussing who should consider fertility preservation, modern day technological advances in the field, what to expect throughout the process, and financial options available.

A woman’s fertility is largely dependent on the quality of her eggs. As a woman ages, her fertility potential or egg quality decreases as do the chances of her ability to conceive. Additionally, some medical conditions such as premature menopause can accelerate the aging of eggs. Whatever the cause, diminished egg quality significantly impacts one's ability to conceive.
