Lex Products Corp. Promotes Dawn Tuthill to Vice President of Human Resources

Having joined the company in 2012, she has worked to reorganize the HR department, introduced the company values system via the Culture Connectors team and oversaw the Safety Committee.
Within the HR department, Dawn implemented the ADP Workforce Now connection to streamline many initiatives. This process automated many HR functions, simplified elective deduction renewals and allowed for more efficient ways to track employee time off.
