Cabin Fever Vacations Announces 3 Celebrity-Themed Pigeon Forge Restaurants Opening This Summer
Pigeon Forge, Tenn. (PRWEB) March 25, 2014 -- Who is your favorite celebrity chef? According to Cabin Fever Vacations, the premier source for relaxing Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge cabin vacations, three celebrity-themed restaurants will soon call the Smoky Mountains home.
All set to open by the end of summer 2014, Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen, Hard Rock Cafe and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville restaurants promise to bring several new and exciting menu items for vacationers to enjoy.
“It is exciting to watch how quickly Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains continue to expand, with more fun things for families to enjoy every year,” said a spokesperson for Cabin Fever Vacations. “With the addition of these three Pigeon Forge restaurants, we believe that visitors to the area will be even more pleased with all the great dining options available during their vacations.”
Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville are both set to open at The Island in Pigeon Forge. One of the newest attractions in the area, The Island offers guests several dining, shopping and entertainment options, including a 200-foot climate-controlled ferris wheel and a $2 million dollar Las Vegas style synchronized water fountain.
Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen is the celebrity chef’s first new restaurant opening with her new partners at Paula Deen Ventures. The menu will showcase many of Deen’s popular Southern-style entrees.
Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville is known nationwide for providing guests with a relaxing island feel, no matter where they are. Fitting for the new location, this new Pigeon Forge restaurant’s opening has been highly anticipated since it was first announced last summer.
Hard Rock Cafe is best known for it’s iconic music memorabilia and laid back atmosphere. Renovations are currently underway for the new location. The new Hard Rock Cafe in Pigeon Forge will be located at 2050 Parkway in Pigeon Forge, directly between the Smoky Mountain Opry theater and Wonderworks attraction.
In 2013, the city of Pigeon Forge voted to approve liquor by the drink sales within city limits. As a result of this vote, many well-known nationwide restaurants have begun to show interest in the area. Dick’s Last Resort and Ole Smoky Moonshine are two other highly anticipated restaurants coming to Pigeon Forge as a result of the new law.
