Trip Mackintosh Recognized in Chambers Global 2014 for International Trade: Export Controls & Economic Sanctions

He has led defense efforts and multi-jurisdictional criminal investigations in the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America. He is the principal architect of the HHCMS compliance training system, an innovative corporate defense tool for compliance training.
Mackintosh is a Vice-Chair of the Export Controls and Economic Sanctions Committee of the American Bar Association Section of International Law. In addition, he serves on the Board of Advisors of the Global Business Program the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business and the Board of Directors of the Ved Nanda Center for International Law for the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law.
He is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the District of Columbia and Colorado, U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
