Naples, FL (PRWEB) March 29, 2014 -- CRM Companies, Inc. is pleased to announce the $20 Million acquisition of the Bernwood portfolio of commercial properties in Bonita Springs, FL. CRM was represented by Michael Maurer, Broker Associate, of Engel & Völkers Olde Naples.

The acquisition is an opportunistic purchase of 9 quality retail, office, and industrial developments approximately 212,000 square feet, along with strategically located vacant improved commercial acreage approximately 70 acres.

This acquisition complements other acquisitions CRM has made in Southwest Florida in the last 2 years. CRM will open an office in Bonita Springs, adding to its Cleveland and Tampa area locations. Prior to and upon their arrival in Bonita Springs, CRM will work with the Bonita Springs Estero Economic Development Council to enhance the positive impact and growth their commercial acquisition will have on the region.
