The R-LIFT is the next product in the MATBOCK LIFT System. It is a fully rigid litter that deploys in seconds, weighs only 6.5 lbs and boasts a maximum load carrying capacity of 400 lbs. The litter is constructed from a neoprene coated nylon material, offering high abrasion resistance as well as making it easy to clean. The R-LIFT comes with a built-in inflatable air bladder designed to support the head and align the spine. Also included are integrated forehead and chin straps to stabilize the head. Additionally, the R-LIFT comes with a replaceable integrated emergency blanket that can be deployed quickly to help prevent hypothermia, one of the leading causes of death in battlefield trauma situations.
The R-LIFT utilizes the same Combat Carbon Poles currently used throughout the LIFT System. The Combat Carbon Poles have been the backbone of the LIFT System line for nearly 2 years now with the S-LIFT, and their versatility is expanded with the R-LIFT. Weighing just 1.3 lbs each, the poles have a max carrying capacity of 400 lbs combined. The tent pole design gives the operator the ability to collapse and secure the system on the back of any plate carrier plus shed weight without compromising capability for transporting casualties.
The innovative design of the R-LIFT addresses multiple needs of military operators, first responders, and beyond.
