Plus Technologies has created a new “Device Uptime” reporting functionality to its Fleet Manager product.

Plus Technologies, an output management software developer, is pleased to announce the release of a Device Uptime report in its OM Plus Fleet Manager product. Device Uptime measures the time a device is functioning properly and compares that to a given service level agreement (SLA).

OM Plus Fleet Manager is used to help users and service organizations by collecting usage data, analyzing it, and presenting it to users to automate consumables ordering/ replenishment, technical support, and maintenance functions. Several customers had voiced a need for a Device Uptime report. This report is helpful to end users and service providers to determine if a Managed Print Service (MPS) provider is within SLA guidelines.
