Crest Financial has extended their business hours to provide more customer service effective immediately.

Crest Financial has extended their business hours from 8am-8pm to 7am-9pm to maintain their goal of excellence in customer service. This change goes into effect on Monday, May 5, 2014.

The decision to extend hours at the corporate office by two hours a day is one of the many ways Crest is proving their exceptional customer service to retailers and consumers. As Crest Financial is growing rapidly nation-wide, this change is necessary to better serve consumers in all locations.

“This change is going to be beneficial to our partners on both the East Coast and West Coast as it extends Crest’s hours to match those of the retailer. We understand the value of each purchase, and through our extended hours, we commit to providing more support to our authorized retailers and their consumers,” said Director of Merchant Support Michael Baker.

Customers will now be able to contact loan processing agents through phone, chat, or email within the extended available times. This extension of hours will lead to less wait time on phone calls and more convenience for consumers.

Applications may still be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through and its proprietary dealer portal. Starting in June, Crest Financial will be extending their hours again to better serve customers by offering loan processing on Sundays.
