Lakewood, CO (PRWEB) May 08, 2014 -- Tonzof, Inc., one of the largest e-commerce companies in Colorado, formed a new Board of Directors earlier this quarter. The Board of Directors is comprised of Don Cohen (chairman and president), Elwood Spedden, Gerald Eaton, Bruce Sompolski and Jonathan West.
Cohen is the founder of Tool King, Tonzof’’s predecessor, and resides on the board as the visionary leader of the company throughout the retail and e-commerce industry.
As a former C-level executive, Spedden brings his entrepreneurial expertise in launching a number of start-ups, in addition to his leadership skills in heading worldwide electronics organizations. His role on the board will be to help navigate Tonzof in the globalized e-commerce sector.
With an engineering background in the oil and gas industry, Eaton has traveled extensively throughout the world, focusing on sales, marketing and business development. Eaton later went on to create an intellectual property company, which he principalled for over 15 years.
For over 30 years Sompolski’s aptitude for building vital, long-lasting relationships in his role as director of purchasing and sales at Tool King has assisted the organization in becoming a multimillion-dollar business.
West contributes over 25 years of experience in international finance and has engaged in several venture capital fundraisings, in addition to assisting Tonzof with its initial equity capital raise in 14Q1.
