James Topper Joins Studley as Corporate Managing Director
Boston, MA (PRWEB) May 08, 2014 -- Global commercial real estate services firm Studley announced today that James Topper has joined the Boston office as Corporate Managing Director, where he will help build Studley’s Boston practice and support the needs of the firm’s existing and future clients.
“We are pleased to welcome James to Studley,” said Senior Vice President and Branch Manager Mark Stewart. “His hands-on, consultative approach is sure to be an asset as we continue to grow and expand our presence here in Boston.”
Topper has been an active member of the Boston business community for over 14 years. His tenant advisory work spans multiple industries, including finance, legal, venture capital, software, insurance, and not-for-profits, giving him abundant experience and a unique perspective. Considered a skilled tenant advisor, Topper founded Anchor Advisors in 2011, after more than 11 years as a Principal of Cresa Boston.
“Studley’s culture of teamwork and reputation for excellence is what attracted me to the firm. I’m excited to be part of such a cohesive and entrepreneurial team and look forward to continued success here,” said Topper.
Studley opened its first Boston office in October 2013 at 53 State Street and rehired veteran Mark Stewart to lead operations throughout New England.
