IDEAL Physical Therapy is excited to celebrate with over 3,500 runners participating in the 8th annual TMC Meet Me Downtown 5K night run/walk. Their physical therapists will be providing post-race stretching for participants who wish to join. IDEAL will also be handing out over 1,000 turkey dogs for runners and spectators wanting to re-fuel following the run. Kim Veeder Blanchard, physical therapist, athletic trainer and partner at IDEAL’s Oro Valley Clinic, is looking forward to the race, “As a runner I have competed in many cities and states, but I enjoy Tucson's running events as it is a tight knit community and it is fun seeing familiar faces and seeing each other’s successes.”

IDEAL Physical Therapy is built on the philosophy of improving patients’ quality of life through the application of rehabilitative and restorative services. Please join IDEAL Physical Therapy in supporting the participants and celebrate at the TMC Meet Me Downtown 5K.
