Wireless Analytics Launches New Help Desk Infrastructure
Danvers, MA (PRWEB) May 14, 2014 -- Wireless Analytics, a pioneer of outsourced wireless expense management and award-winning provider of managed enterprise mobility services, today announced its mobility help desk has launched a new infrastructure platform. The upgraded systems are designed to automate help desk workflows, facilitate approvals and support ITSM practices. While the upgrade was announced today, the infrastructure changes have been active for select Wireless Analytics customers during the past month.
“These infrastructure updates represent our commitment to making mobility easier for our customers,” said Erik Eames, Wireless Analytics CEO. “The upgrades we’ve introduced are already furthering efficiency internally. Automating some of these tedious, repetitive help desk processes has made our help desk reps happier, increased our accuracy, and allowed us serve our customers faster.”
In addition to delivering immediate efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction wins, the recent upgrades also set the stage for improvements during the year ahead. Planned enhancements for Wireless Analytics’ mobility help desk infrastructure include new self-serve mobile support resources, additional visibility into a support request’s status, and advanced tracking features for wireless telecom administrators.
“Upgrading our help desk infrastructure improves things for our help desk reps,” said Jonathan Steele, Manager of Client Services at Wireless Analytics. “But our ultimate goal in everything we do is to make enterprise mobility easier for our customers. We’re giving our customers more time to focus on their core business, by making sure mobile devices get out to their end users with minimal effort, and providing a higher level of support for those devices. The changes we’ve made to our infrastructure have improved the way we provide mobile provisioning and support, even further reducing the burden on our customers.”
Wireless Analytics’ help desk infrastructure upgrades represent some of the changes in store for the year ahead for the managed mobility services provider and its customers. The company also plans to launch a major release of their CLEAN Platform™ (Communications Lifecycle Expense Analytics) mobility lifecycle management suite this fall.
“This is just the beginning,” said Eames. “If we see a way we can make managing mobility even easier for our customers, we’re going to do it. We’re re-thinking everything we do from our customers’ point of view. Our help desk technology upgrade is just one example, and our upcoming CLEAN Platform™ release will reflect that effort.”
