Brevard County Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon Chosen as Keynote Speaker for International Symposium on Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

Every four years, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) and the International Federation of Facial Plastic Surgery Societies (IFFPSS) host an international symposium that brings together over 1,200 facial plastic surgeons from all around the world and in the specialties of facial plastic surgery, oculoplastic surgery, dermatologic surgery, plastic and cosmetic surgery. The symposium features the latest trends and technologies in facial plastic surgery by offering lectures, panels, workshops and instruction courses led by experts in the field.
Dr. Clevens was chosen to present on Minimally Invasive Facelift and Necklift, Finesse in Male Facelift and Browlift Techniques and Male Browlifting. In addition, he will speak on Assessing New Laser Technologies in Facial Plastic Surgery and Avoiding Complications and Achieving Excellence in Facelift Surgery.
Recognized for a myriad of advancement roles in the areas of facial plastic surgery, Dr. Clevens has presented on facial cosmetic surgery on both the national and international level. He has performed facial surgery on over 10,000 patients for both surgical and non-surgical procedures, since 2001.
A nationally recognized educator, author, and lecturer, Clevens served as President of The Florida Society of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons; Wuesthoff Medical Center Chief of Staff, Brevard County Medical Society President-Elect, and numerous leadership positions with the American Academy and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Clevens completed his education and training at Yale, Harvard, and the University of Michigan.
The International Symposium on Facial Plastic Surgery, hosted by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is held annually and includes leading educators from the fields of Oculoplastic Surgery, Dermatologic Surgery, and both Facial Plastic, and general Plastic Surgery.
