MMD Realty Taps Into Chinese Buyers' Market with New Hire
Fort Lauderdale, FL (PRWEB) June 09, 2014 -- MMD Realty, the South Florida real estate firm founded in 2011, welcomes Sales Associate, Jack Jian Cai, to their Fort Lauderdale Beach office. Jack has 28 years of international business experience with a large network of successful business owners and wealthy individuals from China.
Jack is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, as well as several other Chinese dialects. He has consulted several Chinese companies in education, immigration and real estate in recent years.
Broker and Managing Partner, Michelle Farber Ross, explains, “MMD Realty launched its luxury division, Prestige Estate Properties, earlier this year. With an exclusive portfolio of properties to offer the affluent Chinese buyers, we are confident that hiring Mr. Cai will be extremely valuable to our company and our sellers. We are currently working on marketing materials that Mr. Cai will distribute to his network in China later this month.”
The second phase of the Chinese-oriented marketing will be this fall in Toronto. MMD Realty has offices at 372 Bay Street, in the heart of the financial district in Toronto. Jack will be instrumental in marketing directly to the Chinese community in Toronto.
“We are hopeful that we will soon see direct flights from Asia to Miami or Fort Lauderdale. With developments such as Resorts World Miami, from Malaysia-based Genting Group and Brickell CitiCentre by Swire Pacific, owner of Cathay Pacific Airways, in the works, it would be a natural fit,” states Ross. “This would only help to increase our local economies.”
The Knight Frank 2014 Wealth Report predicts that number of Chinese billionaires will grow by 80% within the next decade and will hit 322. This will exceed the total number of billionaires in UK, Russia, France and Switzerland.
