Equal Earth, Inc. Appoints Kursat Misirlioglu as Chief Financial Officer
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) June 16, 2014 -- Equal Earth, Inc. a San Diego based clean energy solutions provider today announced that it has appointed Kursat Misirlioglu as Chief Financial Officer. Misirlioglu brings 20 years of finance experience in a variety of financial management positions.
Misirlioglu most recently served as President and CEO of KGM Investments, a financial intelligence and advisory firm focused on private investments and mergers and acquisitions worldwide within the renewable energy industry. At KGM Misirlioglu led the efforts for a $100 million tax equity and debt financing raise for a real estate development holding company and also helped a leading energy developer and operator recapitalize its energy portfolio holding for more than $34 Million through private institutional equity financing. Misirlioglu has extensive renewable energy finance experience through his years as Director of Finance at Marubeni Sustainable Energy, Inc. He coordinated and led the financial and strategic analysis of all renewable energy development and mergers and acquisitions projects by actively driving key commercial negotiations. In addition, he prepared all economic models that analyzed the key indicators and scenarios for the decision making process by the international investment committee and board of directors leading to financing of projects worth more than $150 million.
