SaviCorp® Files Intent to do Business with Beijing FlyingGlob Environmental Technology Limited Company
Santa Ana, CA (PRWEB) July 01, 2014 -- SaviCorp® is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Beijing FlyingGlob Environmental Technology Limited Company, wherein both companies have signed a letter of intent to do business.
In entering this partnership, the two companies are seeking to develop a licensing relationship, through which Beijing FlyingGlob would be licensed to purchase and re-sell SaviCorp®’s DynoValve® family of automotive products within the People's Republic of China.
SaviCorp® is prepared to enter into a preliminary working relationship with Beijing FlyingGlob under which DynoValve® and other innovative technology products would be provided to Beijing FlyingGlob in a limited quantity, paving the way for a comprehensive understanding of the products before they are set to retail. Upon establishing expertise and credibility in the implementation of SaviCorp® products, a schedule of rates, terms and conditions will be memorialized in the form of a Reseller Licensing Agreement.
