Sackett Systems Names Dwyer as President, Maniscalco to Continue as CEO
Bensenville, IL (PRWEB) July 02, 2014 -- Mr. Leonard Maniscalco, CEO of Sackett Systems, one of the country’s leading material handling manufacturing companies, today announced the appointment of Daniel J. Dwyer as President. Dwyer will be responsible for spearheading Sackett's efforts to grow its existing battery exchange business, streamlining operations, and pursuing additional industries where Sackett's core competencies can create sustainable value. Additionally, Dan will focus on building Sackett Parking - a start-up focused on mechanical and robotic parking solutions.
Expanding for Global Growth
As a part of its growth strategy, Sackett is also announcing the opening of Sackett Systems Europe in Almelo, Netherlands. In an effort to strengthen Sackett's j position globally, operations at this location will focus on business development and growth in the European market.

With more than 50 years in the material handling and industrial battery business, Leonard Maniscalco has founded and sold several companies. He will continue as CEO, concentrating on redefining Sackett's vision, strategy, and market engagement.
Dwyer has been a leader at Sackett Systems for over 11 years. He holds a BA, magna cum laude, from Marquette University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
