OneAccord Partners Proudly Introduces Their New Nonprofit Principal in the Midwest
Kirkland, WA (PRWEB) July 15, 2014 -- OneAccord Partners, a leading provider of interim management solutions, revenue generation, and operational leadership is proud to announce the introduction of Richard "Rick" G. Lyons, Jr. as the newest Principal of OneAccord Nonprofit. He joins a growing team of senior nonprofit executives serving in the areas of strategic development, interim executive leadership, organizational effectiveness, funding campaigns, and brand development.
“Rick brings an exceptional amount of knowledge and experience to our team of prominent business leaders within the OneAccord family of companies,” said Jeff Rogers, Chairman and CEO of OneAccord. "We are excited about Rick’s presence in the Midwest region and his ability to cultivate and serve our expanding national client base.”
Specializing in helping organizations realize their full potential, Lyons builds effective teams and formulates “next level” strategies to help leaders and organizations move beyond their perceived limitations. His passion comes from helping leaders move from incremental to exponential results and impact. After a 30-year career in the banking and payments industry, his last role as Executive Vice President with MasterCard Worldwide managing a number of global product lines, Lyons took on a role as Executive Director of a non-denominational Christian church in Greenwich, CT. He supported a re-launch of the church, with a new pastoral staff and team, new ministries, support infrastructure, and a congregation that virtually doubled over the four years of his service to that community. Now from West Michigan, he is putting both corporate and nonprofit faith-based experience to work with the OneAccord executive team.
“We believe nonprofit leaders and the organizations they manage are called to excellence, but often have to settle for mediocrity or merely good-enough results. Most any nonprofit is formed with a social or faith-based impact in mind. There’s no reason why a vital nonprofit organization shouldn’t succeed or enjoy the same support and resources as any for-profit enterprise. Helping to measure and maximize the impact of these important organizations and their leaders is where we feel called to serve with our experience, time and energy,” Lyons said.
