Construction to Begin on New Master Planned Development in Northeast Florida
Richardson, TX (PRWEB) July 16, 2014 -- On Tuesday, July 15, Adolfson & Peterson (A&P) received a permit to commence construction on a new senior living facility in St. Augustine, FL, located near the intersection of Lightsey Rd and SR 207.
Developed by a joint venture of Montgomery Land Company and Zerga Development, the new facility will include a 33 acre master planned development consisting of a 120-unit, multi-story assisted living/memory care facility with the capacity to serve 138 residents.
Construction momentum will be building over the coming months as the site will be cleared and readied for foundations to be set. Construction is expected to peak during December 2014 with approximately 185 construction professionals.
