Steve Delo joins the engineering team as Facilities Engineer reporting to Vice Chairman and head of engineering, G. Gary Chaffin. Justin Osberg leads the financial reporting and accounting functions reporting directly to Chairman and CEO, Eli D. Scher.
Mr. Delo joins Continuum from a regional engineering firm, where he ran the day to day operations of the critical power division. He is experienced in the management and supervision of customer accounts, employees and contractors during all phases of equipment startups and commissioning. Additionally, Mr. Delo brings broad experience in electrical and electronic systems troubleshooting and repair, electrical system design and modification, infrared science, resource planning, process improvement, and quality assurance inspection. For the past 8 years he has been responsible for managing and delivering all UPS/DC Plant/Battery/IR services to over 300 clients with a combined 1200 sites. He has personally provided engineering level support to a majority of the regions data centers with a 98% contract renewal rate.

Mr. Osberg brings over 15 years of finance and accounting experience with Motorola Solutions. He is a financial executive with proven success leading organizations to sustained profitability. Mr. Osberg is an excellent holistic problem solver, providing creative solutions by utilizing a systematic operational mindset. Major accomplishments include: Transformed gross margin loss start-up business to profitability in less than 1 year, generated $100M of revenue through divestitures, which led to receiving Motorola’s 2011 CFO Award for outstanding contributions and re-designed supply chain operations which achieved savings of over $10M in outsourcing costs, reduction of $10M in inventory in less than 6 months, and increased inventory turns.
