The fitness industry's only structured and nationally accredited Bollywood workout was launched in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2011. Powered by the globally appealing Bollywood culture, Bombay Jam® is a dance-based total body workout that is effective, safe, easy to follow and designed with authentic Bollywood flavor.
