Saint Luke’s Health System Physicians and Clinics Earn Excellence through Insight Awards for Overall Patient Experience in the CG-CAHPS Database
Kansas City, MO (PRWEB) July 31, 2014 -- Saint Luke’s Health System clinics and physicians were recently recognized with an Excellence Through Insight award for Overall Patient Experience in the Clinician Group-Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CG-CAHPS) database in multiple categories by HealthStream, Inc..
Recipients were awarded this honor for their commitment to excellence in patient care. To qualify for an award, a clinic or physician must have been a patient satisfaction-tracking client of HealthStream in 2013, scored in the 75th percentile or higher, and surveyed a minimum of 100 patients.
