Suntico Announces New Portal for Canadian Accountants and Bookkeepers That Use Sage 50 Software
(PRWEB) July 31, 2014 -- Suntico today announced that it has advanced its Canadian Accountant & Bookkeeping Portal to the beta testing phase. The company is now inviting applicants to take part in the final stage of testing before the official launch planned in the coming months.
The Accountant & Bookkeeper Portal will enable online collaboration between bookkeepers and their clients. It provides a secure way to view and analyze customer and vendor accounts data, while supporting secure messaging, open discussion and file sharing between the bookkeeper and client.
There is an estimated 14,000 self-employed bookkeepers in Canada who maintain clients’ books on an outsourced basis. The geographical size of Canada can be problematic for these bookkeepers as clients can be based hundreds of miles away, making communication on even simple tasks difficult.
Suntico’s Accountant & Bookkeeper Portal can solve this issue for bookkeepers and clients through its unique social-style collaboration, which makes it easy to discuss problems or interact over queries.
The Portal enables more proactive service between the bookkeeper and the client by keeping everyone on the same page. It also offers bookkeepers a convenient way to interact with clients, while helping to present a more modern and professional image for their services.

Participation in the beta trial is free. However, space on the program is limited and applicants must be accountants or bookkeepers currently using the Canadian edition of Sage 50 Accounting (formerly Simply Accounting) to maintain clients’ books.
