Leading Legal Search Firm Major, Lindsey & Africa Launches Associate Satisfaction & Compensation Survey
HANOVER, Md. (PRWEB) August 11, 2014 -- Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, today announced the launch of the 2014 Associate Satisfaction & Compensation Survey. The Survey, which is being sent to more than 40,000 law firm associates nationwide, aims to identify those factors, including compensation, that contribute most significantly to job satisfaction in this group.
Completely anonymous and confidential, the Survey was developed by MLA and modeled off of its Partner Compensation Survey and Lateral Partner Satisfaction Survey. ALM Legal Intelligence, an independent research company, is conducting the survey on behalf of MLA.
“We are excited to launch MLA’s first survey to track law firm associate satisfaction and compensation and better understand what determines outcomes for both,” says Barbara Kott, MLA partner and member of the firm’s Associate Practice Group. “By capturing these metrics, firms will gain insight into the professional needs of associates and the associates themselves will be able to better-determine the value they provide to law firms and the larger legal community.”
