The Gexa Energy Pavilion is another elite venue that they will be stopping at. It is located in the Dallas Fair Park and originally opened in 1988 as the Coca-Cola Starplex Amphitheatre. Some of the top acts in music have performed here including Depeche Mode. When 5 Seconds of Summer perform here in August, there will be more than 10,000 fans in attendance to see the rising stars in music perform.
Earlier this year, 5 Seconds to Summer released their self-title debut album, which immediately became the No. 1 album in countries around the world. For a group that only formed in 2011 and got their big break after their YouTube cover videos of other songs got them famous, the No. 1 spot is a huge deal.
