Portland, OR, (PRWEB) August 14, 2014 -- Garvey Schubert Barer, a full-service law firm, has announced the addition of Attorney Michael Mangan to its Portland office, where his law practice will focus on real estate law and taxation. He also represents privately held businesses and medical and dental practitioners.
