The additional space gives Frain the largest inventory of machinery of its kind in North America.
The new facility includes a 380,000 square foot warehouse with parts, engineering, and technical support in conjunction with standing inventory. “Frain Industries expansion into 600,000 square foot facility was driven by customer demand and a significant increase in the company’s Certified Pre-Owned packaging and processing machine inventory”, stated Richard Frain, CEO of Frain.
The sales team has also moved into a large, new call center with a unique, state of the art design, reminiscent of images of the NASA mission control center. “Technology, access to company resources, and a results-focused approach, maximize the value we bring to our customers in real time,” Lupita Rodriquez, Frain’s Call Center Manager commented. “Both Frain employee and customer feedback to the change has been exceptionally positive.”
