That’s because CEO Blaire Fanning believes what Dale Carnegie once observed: “People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing.”

Linebaugh Ave., Suite 210, in Tampa. That was phase one of the “click and brick” strategy; phase two, recently completed, was upgrading the Web presence of both brands.

All the while, Fanning was cultivating a broader, deeper, long-term strategy—and that was to hire talented individuals and transform them into a team of savvy professionals steeped in customer service and product knowledge.

One of Fanning’s secret weapons has been Rob Zarilli, a veteran trainer and motivational speaker. Zarilli, whose voice reverberates authoritatively like former New York Gov. Mario Cuomo, doesn’t just train using slideshows and laser pens. He’s developed a reputation as an exceptional storyteller with a personable style and an inviting smile.
