RecruitiFi, Inc., the leading crowdsourced recruiting technology, made another big splash in the industry with today’s announcement that three additional top thought leaders in recruiting have joined them in an advisory capacity. The new advisors will round out an already impressive advisory board comprised of six of the most esteemed and experienced visionaries in the industry. In their new role, the advisors will provide ongoing strategic counsel on product development and go-to-market strategies, solidifying the company’s current upward trajectory.

Routinely ranked by various organizations among the most influential leaders in the industry, the advisors each bring an impressive background with over a decade of experience in recruiting and the human resources sector.

Meghan M. Biro is a globally recognized HR and Talent Management practitioner, thought leader, author, speaker, and digital influencer. As founder and CEO of TalentCulture and The World of Work Blogging Community, she has worked with hundreds of companies, from early-stage ventures to global brands like Microsoft, IBM, and Google, helping them recruit and empower stellar talent. Meghan has been a guest on numerous radio and television shows, and has been a featured speaker at global conferences and forums. She is a regular contributor at Forbes, Huffington Post, TalentCulture, and Entrepreneur.

Carmen Hudson, CSM is currently Principal Consultant for Recruiting Toolbox, Founder and CEO of Tweetajob, Inc., and co-founder of a national conference for tech recruiters, Talent42. Carmen draws from over 15 years of recruiting experience having held senior talent acquisition roles at Yahoo!, Starbucks, Microsoft,, and Capital One. In addition to contributing regularly to recruiting industry publications and speaking at recruiting conferences, Carmen serves on the CandE Council for the prestigious Candidate Experience Awards.

Jessica Miller-Merrell, SPHR is an author, speaker, HR professional, and workplace social media expert who has a passion for recruiting. She is the President/CEO of Xceptional HR and a leader in the HR community with more than 12 years of industry experience. As the Founder, Editor, and Chief Blogger for the popular HR blog, Bogging4Jobs, Jessica continues to be one of the most influential and visible professionals in recruiting, pulling in the #4 spot on The Huffington Post's "Top 100 Most Social HR Leaders on Twitter."
