Phone Doctors will continue to uphold the same customer-centered values that have helped establish the company as an industry frontrunner by focusing on the customer, not the dollar.
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) September 10, 2014
Phone Doctors, a leader in the phone repair industry, announced that it will start franchising its mobile device retail repair store solutions nationwide. CEO Alex Iser, will unveil the Phone Doctors franchise system in Las Vegas at the CTIA 2014, the largest forum for professionals, vendors and innovators in the wireless industry.
Phone Doctors has created a complete mobile device repair center on site at Super Mobility Week for the Mobile Repair Expo inside of the CTIA industry event. The Phone Doctors repair center includes a showroom, technicians center, and a meeting room. One of the highlights is the 8-foot tall model of an iPhone 5S promotional display.
Live events include:
- Wed. Sept. 10 - Super Mobility Week Keynote Stage - 12PM
- Wed. Sept. 10 - CTIA Room #3610, 2 to 3PM
- Thurs. Sept. 11 - CTIA Room #3610, 2 to 3PM
Early in the game, Phone Doctors identified the need for a dedicated service to refurbish or repair mobile devices to as-new conditions. As the market for mobile devices expanded, the technical complexity of the devices also increased, raising ownership costs while creating a niche market for repair services. Models for mobile repair franchise businesses include traditional brick-and-mortar stores or box-in-box locations in larger stores.
Phone Doctors has created a complete system including an automated workflow management system customized for the mobile repair industry. Additionally, they continue to improve on current technologies by putting their resources behind innovative products such as ScrewMat, a magnetic organizer and keeper for small screws and parts, as well as FUEL by Phone Doctors charging accessories, Xander protective cases and other OEM replacement parts and tools.
“Phone Doctors will continue to uphold the same customer-centered values that have helped establish the company as an industry frontrunner by focusing on the customer, not the dollar.“ Said Tony Baker, Vice President of Marketing at Phone Doctors Franchise Systems. The company has also recently made a major investment in downtown Tulsa real estate to set up its corporate headquarters, which includes franchise operations, a training center or sales personnel and technicians and a model store.
