reCharge® Pilates and Barre Studio Comes to Durham
DURHAM, North Carolina (PRWEB) September 15, 2014 -- reCharge® Pilates and Barre Carrboro’s most in-demand pilates, barre and yoga studio will be opening its new location in the Patterson Place shopping center in southwest Durham just outside of Chapel Hill. Packed with innovative new technologies and luxe decor, the new 2,500 sq. foot studio aims to serve the growing demand for specialized fitness including power yoga, barre and pilates training in a highly sophisticated and comfortable atmosphere.

The new space features a mood lighting- and music-driven atmosphere as well as bamboo flooring for an overall joint-friendly practice.
Barre fitness workouts have become trendy during the past 10 years in major cities like New York, Boston, and Los Angeles. reCharge® fuses together pilates, barre, and yoga to offer a complete workout for body and mind. The Durham studio will offer a variety of specialized classes including reCharge® Barre Zen, a yogic strength-building, sweat-inducing workout using the barre and resistance bands, along with reCharge® Barre Sport, Pilates Sculpt, and Pilates Mat classes. In addition to its innovative classes, reCharge® will offer a proprietary Power Tower exercise system for simpler, faster workouts that focus on cardio and total body strengthening.
In addition to classes, reCharge® in Durham will offer a Barre Teacher Training, as well as education workshops focused on specialized training for class participants who want to achieve a higher level of mastery.
